Rehearsal dinner at The Diamond Club.  What a perfect, perfect evening.  The entire wedding party was there.
Jon, the best man, managed to get Mack Brown to autograph a congratulatory letter for the both of us.  We ate...
so... much... The bride to be and the bridesmaids had to leave early for her lingerie party at Rachel's place and the
guys got to stay behind and finish the game.  The game was a snoozer, the Rangers were obviously going to lose
as they entered the bottom of the ninth down by three with the Brewer's shutdown closer Francisco Cordero -
the ex-Ranger - out to slam the door.  From the balcony of the Diamond club we watched as the improbable
comeback began to unfold and gave us hope.  Michael Young sealed the 4 run bottom of the ninth with an infield
hit and got mobbed by his teammates as we lost our minds in the Diamond Club.  They won, they won, they
won!  I would eventually attend more important playoff games, World Series, ALCS, and while those wins were
great and the stadium would be much more full, I'll always place this comeback win just as high on the
importance list of games I've been to at the ballpark.  A win like this on your last night before getting married?
Was this scripted?
